General Information

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the relationship between MB Coldit, whose registered office is at Miglos g. 5-13, LT-08101 Vilnius (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), and customers who use the gate-opening services offered by the Provider under a subscription model (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").

By using our services, Customers confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms.

Description of Services

The Provider offers Customers the ability to use gate-opening services, which are controlled remotely through the website www.yourgatemate.com as well as messaging applications such as Telegram and Facebook Messenger. The services are available only with an active subscription.

Subscription Terms

  1. A subscription grants the right to use gate-opening services as long as the subscription is active and paid.
  2. Subscription fees are described on our website and may change, with prior notice to the Customer at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
  3. The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless the Customer cancels it through their account or provides written notice to the Provider.

Payment Terms

  1. All payments are made through the payment methods offered on the Website.
  2. Subscription payments are automatically deducted from the Customer's provided payment method at the beginning of each new subscription period.
  3. If the Provider is unable to process a payment due to incorrect payment details or other reasons, the Provider has the right to suspend service delivery until the issue is resolved.

Use of Services

  1. Customers may only use the services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  2. Customers are prohibited from using the services in ways that violate any applicable legal regulations, infringe on the Provider’s intellectual property, or jeopardize the operation of the services.

Limitation of Liability

  1. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service but commits to making every effort to ensure smooth operation.
  2. The Provider is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from improper use of the services or technical issues beyond the Provider's control.
  3. The Provider is not liable for any losses incurred by the Customer due to improper use of the services.

Subscription Cancellation

  1. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account. Service access will end with the current subscription period, and no additional fees will be charged.
  2. The Provider reserves the right to terminate a subscription if the Customer violates these Terms or engages in illegal activities.

Refund Policy

  1. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless the Provider chooses to make an exception under special circumstances.
  2. If the services are unavailable due to the Provider’s fault for more than 72 hours, the Customer has the right to request a proportional refund for the period of service disruption.

Privacy and Data Protection

The Provider is committed to protecting the Customer's personal information in accordance with the privacy policy, which can be found www.yourgatemate.com.

Changes to the Terms

The Provider has the right to amend these Terms by notifying the Customer at least 30 days before the changes take effect. If the Customer does not agree with the changes, they have the right to stop using the services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from these Terms or related to the provision of services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
